- · Our mobile bankers carry KAMCCU identification — ask to see it.
- · We never ask for your PIN, password or OTP, in person or by phone.
- · When in doubt, call +233 302 247 164 to confirm any staff member's identity before handing over money.
- · Official receipts are issued for every cash transaction, including susu collections.
