The committee system
KAMCCU is governed by committees elected from the general membership at the Annual General Meeting. Alongside the Board of Directors, three committees keep the union honest, fair and well-taught.

Supervisory Committee
Safeguards internal controls — the members’ independent watchdog over the books, processes and policies of the union.

He holds a first degree in Human Resource and Administration from the Ghana Technology University College (GTUC), affiliated to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He is married with two children.
He was employed at the Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association (CUA Ltd.) in October 2010 as a Risk Management Officer until August 2022, when he became the Property, Plant and Equipment Management Officer.

Samuel Clifford Doku

Born on 7th March 1978 at Prampram in Greater Accra, he had his basic and junior secondary education at Kwashieman Anglican and his secondary education at Ghana Armed Forces Secondary Technical School, Burma Camp, Accra (1998). He earned his Grade II in Auto Mechanics from N.V.T.I. in 2004, his HND in Marketing from Accra Polytechnic in 2013, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Ghana Technology University College in 2019.
Samuel Clifford Doku is married to Elizabeth Ayorgor Agorvor from Ningo Prampram, with four children including twins — three boys and a girl.

Joshua Akuetteh

He joined KAMCCU Co-operative Credit Union in 2003 and has worked with the Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association (CUA) Ltd. since 2002 in the MIS Department, rising through the ranks to MIS Manager and Supervising Manager. He has been Head of Development Services since 2020.
He holds an MA in Management and Administration, an EMBA in Finance, a BSc in Information Technology, a Higher National Diploma in Statistics, and a Diploma in Management Information Systems (MIS), among others, and is currently pursuing another Masters in Ministry.
Joshua served on the Education Committee before becoming Board Secretary from 2009–2011. He later became Vice Chairman of the Board and chaired the Education Committee from 2011–2017, and was again appointed to serve on the Education Committee from 2018 to date. He was also a member of the KAMCCU Building Committee that ensured KAMCCU House was built, and has served on many other subcommittees such as the AGM committee. Joshua is a Methodist, a preacher, and loves music.

Edward Hoffmann

Mr. Edward Hoffmann is a member of the Education Committee of KAMCCU Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. He holds a G.C.E. 'O' Level certificate from Kaneshie Secondary Technical School. He is married with four children, is a Christian, and fellowships with Macedonia Methodist Church, Kwashieman, Accra.
Prior to becoming Board Vice Chairman of KAMCCU, he served on various boards including the Osu Klottey Health Insurance Scheme, the Ghana Co-operative Council, the Ghana Co-operative Transport Association and the Regional Road Safety Committee. He is friendly, fair but very firm, and a good communicator — qualities he has demonstrated during our bi-weekly member education.
He is a businessman and transport owner. Currently, he is the President of the Ghana Co-operative Transport Association, the Treasurer of the Ghana Co-operative Council and the Circuit Chairman of the Kwashieman Methodist Men’s Fellowship.
