With 45 years in credit union management across 20 African organizations, Mr. Darko excels in teamwork and employee development. His notable roles include 11 years at the Liberia Credit Union National Association, 6 years at ACCOSCA, and 12 years as General Manager of the Ghana Co-operative Credit Union Association, where he gained recognition for his expertise. He has contributed to GHAMFIN and AFMIN, lectured on microfinance, and consulted in Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Uganda.

As a motivational speaker and author of three books, he is the Goodwill Ambassador for ACCOSCA, advocating for credit unions to alleviate poverty, and has received multiple awards for his efforts.

Alex is an IT security and safety management consultant with an extensive background in project management, business and systems analysis, with a wide range of experience in construction projects.

He is a Managing Partner for S. G. Technologies — IT, Security and Safety Consult; ELJEN Company, an international technology and vocational education and training firm; and Dalex Institute of Technology, an engineering training company — and has served on many boards and committees.

He is a professional engineer and member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET Ghana). Engr. Alex holds a PhD in Management from the Universidad Central de Nicaragua (UCN).

Mr. Bubune Malik is a lecturer and researcher at the African University College of Communications (AUCC). Over the past seven years, he has taught various courses in the Development Communication and Journalism departments of AUCC.

Before joining the AUCC, Mr. Malik held various positions including Research Assistant with the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER) and the Centre for Gender Studies and Advocacy (CEGENSA).

Mr. Malik is currently pursuing his PhD at the University of Education, Winneba. He holds an MPhil in Business Communication, an MA in Development Communication, an MA in Adult Education (Human Resource Development) and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Resource Development.

Yaw Boakye Mensah holds an MBA in Finance and a Management Studies degree from the University of Cape Coast. He is pursuing studies with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. His experience includes serving as Regional Manager for the Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association and working as an Auditor and Accounts Officer for various credit unions.

A certified trainer with GHAMFIN, he is an elected Board Member and Assistant Treasurer of KAMCCU Co-operative Credit Union and has previously served on its Supervisory Committee. Currently, he is the Deputy Manager for Finance at the Ghana Revenue Authority Co-operative Credit Unions Ltd. He is married and has three sons.

Joshua Mensah is a Soft Skills Trainer and Youth Coach at Youth Opportunities and Transformation Africa, working on the German Government-funded PASEWAY project. He offers tailored skills training to enhance youth leadership, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship.

As a member of the Young Investors Society Students Advisory Board (UK), he has a decade of experience in investment banking with Databank. He is a strategist and trainer specializing in financial inclusion and microenterprises. As Youth Finance Program Manager for the Young Investors Network, he partnered with major financial institutions to deliver financial literacy programs nationwide.
